It is mainly applied to fire resistant (rated)cable as advanced and environmental fireproof layer.
Made of ceramifiable silicone rubber composite tape, cables maintain circuit integrity in case of fire or high temperature. It transfers a rigid protective layer

Ceramifiable silicone rubber tape passes BS 8367, EN 50200 and IEC 60331 test. They are halogen free and produce limited smoke.
